What we are looking for
We are seeking a Team Lead that will be a key player in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations in order to achieve operational objectives. The Team Lead will help coach, lead, and inspire the team to meet goals and uphold our brand mission, vision, values and pillars of Cannabis NB.
Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: In support of the strategic pillars and in partnership with the Retail Store Manager, the responsibilities of a Team Lead of Cannabis NB, may include but are not limited to:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals
- Lead, Motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive a postiive team culture focused accountability, collaboration, and results
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies to support achiecing store shrink goals
- Report, document, investigate and address near misses, customer injuries or workplace accidents in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and provincial or federal laws
- Ensure in-store responsibility processes and practices are adhered to, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness
- Conduct quarterly and news hire performance reviews
- Report, document, investigate and address behaviroal issues in a timely manner
- Develop, and maintain a high diverse, high-performance retail team through consistent selection, development, and motivation.

You have a passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience and ensuring that your team members have the training and skills required to help our customers select the best products for their needs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proven ability to drive results and lead a team
- 3+ years of retail/customer service experience in a leadership role
- Proven ability of developing team members into other roles
- Strong communcation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak both French and English is an asset
